I have spent roughly thirty years working across businesses, industries, and levels of responsibility—from serving tables and folding towels to managing people, designing brands, selling commercial real estate, advising students, and earning an MBA.
Today, I work in facility operations at an athletic club in Boca Raton.
I am looking for what comes next.
The Work I Can Do Now
My immediate priority is finding the right paid role where I can contribute, learn, and take on greater responsibility.
My strongest interests are operations and management roles within hospitality, private residential environments, architecture or design businesses, and real estate.

Experience in commercial real estate, education, business development, client relationships, and the exchange of value.

CFI is a long-term concept I am developing around health, hospitality, quiet, and meaningful connection.
It reflects how I think about service, environment, operations, and the kind of place I would like to help create over time.
I do not yet have every answer about funding, property, or execution.
I expect the plan to change as I learn.
The purpose should remain clear.
Where it started
The Advice That Started It
Before my grandfather passed, he gave me advice. His advice became part of the foundation of how I think about work, responsibility, and the life I want to build.
He told me that if I ever decided to rebuild myself, I should deliberately put myself in a situation I wouldn't want to remain in… and fight my way out.
So I did.
My story began with a towel. I found myself working a facilities job at a gym. Cleaning toilets. Locker rooms. Trash. Folding towels. Doing work most people would never notice.
Years later, I understood what my grandfather had been trying to teach me.
Dignity doesn't come from the work.
It comes from the person doing it.
The fight was never against the job. It was against the version of myself that believed I was too good for it.
